I couldn't believe how charming and unique this hotel was! The rooms were incredibly cute and romantic, filled with beautiful antiques and furniture. It felt like stepping into a different era. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate me and even providing me with huge skeleton keys for my room, adding to the sense of adventure. The location was perfect, right on the prettiest street in Puebla, close to the Zocalo and surrounded by lovely restaurants and shops. The dining experience, while serving good food, could be a bit faster. Overall, a truly unforgettable stay full of character and history.
